The proposed pipeline will be routed through Clatsop, Tillamook, and Columbia counties in Oregon and in Cowlitz county in Washington.. The proposed pipeline will run approximately 85 miles from the Oregon LNG facility in Warrenton, Oregon, to the Williams Northwest Pipeline near Woodland, Washington.
